Moving around in the castle takes place at the visitor&#8217;s own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Be considerate of other visitors<\/strong> and what is happening in the building (excursion groups, educational programs, special events).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>During outbreaks of diseases<\/strong>, please keep a greater distance from other visitors, disinfect your hands, and wear a mask if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">Please leave <strong>larger items and bags in the wardrobe<\/strong>; we ask you to place them in lockers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Overcoats<\/strong> can be left <strong>in the wardrobe<\/strong> if desired, but in colder weather, we recommend that you leave them on while staying in the castle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Pets<\/strong>, except for service dogs, are <strong>not allowed<\/strong> in the Museum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">Please <strong>do not eat or drink<\/strong> (except for water) in exhibition halls or the shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">Please <strong>sort the garbage<\/strong> and, if possible, throw it into the appropriate collection point.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Smoking is prohibited<\/strong> (including electronic cigarettes and vaping products) indoors, in the inner courtyard, gangway, and at the external entrance of the castle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">It is <strong>forbidden to enter<\/strong> the Museum in a visibly <strong>intoxicated state<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Responsibility for children<\/strong> (up to 12 years, incl.) during the visit lies with their parents or adult escorts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">It is <strong>not allowed to run<\/strong> in the exhibition halls or <strong>to climb<\/strong> on the exhibits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Touching of exhibits<\/strong> and leaning on display cases is not allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">If you <strong>lose or find something<\/strong> in the Museum, <strong>go to the ticket office<\/strong>, and we will do our best to get the items to their owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">Visitors with <strong>baby carriages and wheelchairs<\/strong> have a <strong>separate entrance<\/strong> at their disposal (NB! At this time, only the first floor is accessible). You can leave the baby carriage in the entrance hall of the disabled entrance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">We have a <strong>changing table and a potty<\/strong> for toddlers (in the disabled toilet).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">When arriving at the Museum by <strong>bicycle<\/strong>, please leave the vehicle in the designated area outside the castle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>Taking photos and shooting films<\/strong> for personal use is allowed but without a tripod and flash. To take pictures for <strong>commercial purposes<\/strong>, you must <strong>ask permission<\/strong> from the Museum. When taking pictures, filming, or recording audio in the Museum, respect the privacy of other visitors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">Upon hearing the <strong>fire alarm<\/strong>, you must move immediately to the nearest exit and follow the evacuation instructions and the museum staff&#8217;s guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\"><strong>If visitors do not follow<\/strong> the principles of the Museum and disturb or endanger other visitors, Museum employees, and Museum property, they will be <strong>asked to leave<\/strong>. If you notice inappropriate behavior, feel free to report it to a Museum employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:1em\">If possible, we <strong>ask you to evaluate<\/strong> your visit to the Museum either through the satisfaction questionnaire sheet or the guestbook located in the castle.
