- For larger group visits to the Linnus Museum, orders for tours and guides can only be made by e-mail and preferably at least five working days in advance at: linnus@samu.ee
- When making reservations for tours, please be sure to provide the name and telephone number of the group attendant so that we can contact them quickly if necessary.
- In the case of group visits, please let us know in advance the size of the group, the age group of the visitors (children, adults, seniors), and special needs. In the case of school groups, please indicate which grade the students attend.
- The group visit is led by the Museum’s visitor experience guide or a guide ordered from outside the Museum, who ensures that the movement in the Museum premises is smooth and the Museum visit is memorable.
- Through advance booking, it is possible to order a guided tour of the castle in Estonian, English, Russian, Swedish, German, or Finnish.
- One guide performs a tour for up to 25 people at a time. For a larger group, the group is split in half, and two or more guides must be ordered.
- Guide service (1.5 hours) costs 60 euros, plus the ticket fee (discounted tickets are valid for groups of 10 or more and only if paid in one payment).
- In case of group visits or changes, please inform the Museum at least 24 hours before the date of the ordered excursion. In case of failure to notify, the Museum has the right to submit a penalty invoice to the extent of the price of the guided tour.
- In order for the guide service to start on time, please arrive at the Museum 15 minutes earlier.
- The Museum is not responsible for the tours conducted by guides who have not been ordered through the Museum.
- In the case of tour groups, we ask that only the group attendants come to the ticket office to buy tickets, and the group waits in the castle’s outdoor area (in the summer season: May 1 – August 31) or in the castle’s courtyard (in the winter season: September 1 – April 30) in order to avoid traffic jams in front of the ticket office.
